RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely adore what you order from Aviskaa.com! If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with or does not fit, you can return your item provided that it adheres to our terms and conditions.
Items marked as final sale are not refundable. Any Special ordered dresses, accessories, shoes, and on sale dresses are final sale and are not returnable. Please be aware that all in Store Purchases are Final Sales.
Return Policy for Online Order
We offer a 3-day return policy for items purchased online.
· Option 1. You may return items for a merchandise credit (regular price returns only) for the use of online purchase in the full amount.
· Option 2. You will receive full refund minus a 15% restocking fee (regular price returns)
The merchandise credit only allowed to be used once, must be used within 30 Days. The full amount of credit must be redeemed all at once and cannot be used for shipping costs. The merchandise credit can only be used for online order and cannot be used at the retail boutique.
Items purchased with the store credit cannot be returned, it will be considered Final Sales.
The merchandise credit will only be given once the merchandise has been received and inspected.
Any product postmarked after 3 days of a Return Authorization Number (RA#) given or does not have an RA# will be denied.
Requirements for Return on online orders
· The customer must request a return within 3 days of the delivery of their order (this includes weekends/holidays).
· Returns must be post marked within 3 days of receiving your order.
· Any refunds will be denied if over 3 days.
· The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and shipping labels will not be provided.
· Returns must be shipped back to us via UPS or FedEx, If shipped back any other form it will be denied and not accepted.
· The dress must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached otherwise it will be denied.
· Refunds are initiated upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
· Items marked final sale are not returnable.
· The dress must be returned within 3 days and postmarked within 3 days from the time you are given a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- Any Dress returned after the time given will not be accepted will be denied.
- Any items being returned must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer’s expense.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags.
- Items must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder so please take due care when trying on your order.
- Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed.
- Rejected items will be sent back to customers but at customer’s own expense.
- All Shoe sales are Final Sales.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained (make-up, fake tan) or altered will not be accepted.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For hygienic reasons intimates, self-tanning products, hosiery, and swimwear cannot be returned.
Sale items are final sale.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great pride in the quality of our products; therefore, all items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that you have received an item, which has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@aviskaa.com. Please provide us with photographic evidence, the order number and the fault/incorrect item. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item will be not returnable.
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended.
In the event of a manufacturing fault or incorrect item being sent, we will gladly refund you the shipping cost once we receive your item.
HOW TO RETURN
Follow these steps:
Email contact@Aviskaa.com with your order number stating your reason for return.
Once we receive your Return Request, we will send you an email confirming your return and provide you a returns form to complete.
Post the item back to us as soon as you receive approval from Aviskaa regarding your Return Request. Please include the Returns Form provided to you.
